New Clients/Returning Clients: I work out of Vitality Collective in-person solely from our Chilliwack office (other Vitality locations: Surrey & Vancouver). I can also provide online therapy to any resident of BC. Please fill out the form to get in contact with me. If we’re a good fit, I will let my intake coordinator know and she will send you the intake paperwork and book your first appointment. If I am unavailable or I feel that a colleague of mine is better suited to work with you, I will let you know and our intake coordinator will be in touch with you to set you up with another counsellor/referral option.

I do not accept new client requests over the phone, but if you would like to set up a 10-15 minute phone consultation prior to booking, please indicate so via the webform/email and we can schedule a time to consult.

Current Clients: Online booking is only available to clients I have seen in the previous 6 months. Please use your JaneApp client portal (here) to schedule or change appointments. Please email me if you are cancelling/changing an appointment within the 48-hour cancellation policy period, a late cancellation or no-show fee will apply.

Important Information:

My session rate is within the standard rate set by the BCACC, which is $150.00 plus GST for 50 minutes. I offer counselling services either in person in Chilliwack or online through secure telehealth.

The session fee is payable at the end of each session by credit card or e-transfer. As an RCC and CCC, my session fees may be covered by your extended medical benefits, please confirm this with your provider prior to our session.
